Standing on the ledge gave Parveen a breathtaking view of the art work that was spread out before her. However, for an unsuspecting onlooker all that was visible on the stony horizontal surface was a pair of boots.
After the initial shock, she was now sedately resigned to her singularly unique predicament. The moment she stepped into the boots she literally, magically and inexplicably – vanished!
The cloak of invisibility was a blessing.Β In a world full of hate, intolerance and violence,Β remaining unseen was not a predicament most of the times. This thought made Parveen break into a smile.

Yea, there sure are times when to be invisible is to be blessed. π
Totally!
Wear them wisely, Parveen, you have a very useful pair of happy shoes in your possession. Imagination flowed from this story.
The cloak I assume is figurative, not an article of clothing( as in Harry Potter) since her invisibility stems from her shoes. id hate to be the one who does the janitorial work around here. Picking up these shoes might earn him a swift kick!
Invisibility seems enticing at times, but if no one could ever see us, we would be ever so lonely!
I’ll take a size seven in a slip on please… Nice write .
I’d love to be invisible!
