The Unspooling of an Unsuspecting World

From nothingness we came and into nothingness we find ourselves hurtling toward

Hegemon v Hegemon, friend v friend and ally v ally

Accompanied by a slow deadly adagio, mankind spirals and spirals and spirals.

Embracing a whirlwind that knows neither affection nor compassion.

A grave, dusty swirl that unrelentingly feeds on raw and pure hate.

The sands of time, sentinels of past, present and future, mute witnesses to humanity’s careening into hell

Twinkling stars warning wistfully about ghosts of futures past.

E.X.T.I.N.C.T.I.O.N!
