Gosh, well, I usually get up at 5:00 am, best writing times (or reading & replying to emails and blogs), but I didn’t realise it was following the latest fad in self-help.

An interesting take on the challenge. I enjoyed the internal rhyme: the poem has a nice flow to it.
One wonders if the article suggested a time to go to bed if intending to rise at 5a.m? It’d not be much help otherwise if one were sat up late writing until 3a.m 😉
